Taste of Syracuse Recap 2023

The Taste of Syracuse 2023 was a huge hit! The new streamlined festival layout allowed for festival goers to spread out throughout the beautiful Clinton Square area to enjoy the tastes, smells and sounds of the Taste! We estimate that over 200,000 people came out to enjoy the two-day festival and we were back to our pre-covid Taste numbers!

As presenting sponsor, The Tops brand was all over Taste of Syracuse… from stage announcements, signage, on-site activation, in live radio reads and more!

Galaxy Events ran over 3,500 radio spots on TK99, KROCK, Sunny 102 & ESPN Radio promoting the event plus hundreds of spots in the Utica market too! Live mentions were also made from the broadcast tower LIVE from the Taste of Syracuse! Samples of the spots are below:

The Taste of Syracuse logo incorporates the Tops logo into the branding - this was used across all printed platforms to promote the event including the billboard:

On-Site Activation

The Tops brand was distributed throughout the footprint of the festival.

The Summit Federal Credit Union along with Tops Friendly Markets helped raise money for two selected charities this year. Proceeds from the Tops tent were generously donated! Total donations are still being calculated and will be announced at a press conference soon!
